Getting Started

Quick Start GuideEssential

From email login to first output in under 5 minutes.

  • 1. Visit usan.ai and sign in with your email.
  • 2. Pick a workspace: Review, Website, Image, Video, App, or Sources.
  • 3. Write your brief in the input field (minimum 6 characters).
  • 4. Click generate — AI proposes an outline first.
  • 5. Approve the outline and sections are auto-generated.
  • 6. Copy as markdown or export the result.
Understanding Workspaces

Review, Website, Image, Video, App, Sources — roles and usage of each workspace.

  • Review — 5 AI experts (CEO, Coach, Designer, Editor, Critic) review your work. Submit business plans, proposals, or reports and get feedback from each expert's perspective.
  • Website — Enter a brief and a landing page structure forms. Hero, features, pricing, CTA — sections are created and you preview them live.
  • Image — Generate hero images, product cuts, thumbnails, and social assets, then review, download, or edit them inside the project.
  • Video — Create short promotional video concepts and outputs from prompts or stored images.
  • App — Designs screen structure, data schema (Prisma-compatible), and workflows for admin dashboards, internal tools, and similar apps.
  • Sources — A space for organizing files, summaries, and hand-off notes. Upload PDFs or images and use them as reference material.
Brief Writing Tips

Brief quality shapes the output.

  • Specify the audience. 'For early-stage founders' beats 'for everyone'.
  • Include the core message or value proposition.
  • Mention specific sections if you want them. Example: 'include a pricing page'.
  • Add tone or style if relevant. Example: 'professional but friendly'.
  • Minimum 6 characters, up to 400.
  • Example: 'A SaaS landing page that shows product value to early customers. Three core features, pricing comparison, free trial CTA.'

Review (AI Expert Review)

Meet the 5 Experts

CEO, Coach, Designer, Editor, Critic — what each role reviews.

  • CEO — Business strategy, market fit, investor perspective. Evaluates target market size, revenue model, and competitive advantage.
  • Coach — Feasibility and phased roadmap. Focuses on the first six months: planning, resource allocation, and priorities.
  • Designer — UX/UI perspective. Reviews visual hierarchy, information architecture, and user flow, then suggests improvements.
  • Editor — Document quality. Checks sentence clarity, logical flow, unnecessary repetition, and tone consistency.
  • Critic — Probes weaknesses on purpose. Competitor comparison, logical gaps, missing content, counterarguments.
Document Upload ReviewNew

Upload PDF, TXT, or Markdown files for AI expert review.

  • Find 'Attach document for review' below the brief input in the Review workspace.
  • Supported: PDF, TXT, Markdown (.md). Max 10MB.
  • PDF is uploaded and text is extracted automatically.
  • TXT/Markdown is read in-browser and appended to the brief (up to 16,000 chars).
  • After attaching, click 'Start review' to have 5 experts analyze the document.
  • Results show section-level feedback plus a total score out of 10.
Interpreting Review Results

Scores, feedback, and the apply-or-skip workflow.

  • Each expert leaves section-level feedback in their domain.
  • Every comment has Apply or Skip — you choose what to incorporate.
  • Total score is out of 10. Category subscores (strategy, usability, logic, and others) are also available.
  • A relative ranking against similar documents is shown.
  • Click 'Run full review' for all 5 experts to review in sequence and produce a final summary.
Selective Combinations

Pick specific experts for a focused review.

  • The 'Selective combination' button in the left sidebar lets you set expert combinations.
  • Example: CEO + Critic only — fast strategy and counterargument feedback.
  • Example: Editor only — focused document quality check.
  • Save frequently used combinations for reuse.
  • Click 'Run selected combination' to start with the chosen experts only.

Website & App

Website Generation Flow

Brief → outline → section generation → preview → export.

  • 1. Write your brief in the Website workspace.
  • 2. AI proposes an outline of 3–5 sections.
  • 3. Approve the outline and content is generated section by section.
  • 4. Live preview shows results as they generate.
  • 5. Copy as markdown, open in a separate window, or export the result.
  • Each section can be edited individually or regenerated on its own.
App Prototype

Screen structure, data schema, and workflows generated automatically.

  • In the App workspace, your brief produces:
  • Screen list — Dashboard, User List, Settings, and other key screens.
  • Data schema — User, Order, Alert, and other entities with fields, in Prisma-compatible format.
  • Workflow — the order users move between screens.
  • Each screen includes the actions it needs (buttons, forms, lists).
  • The Prisma schema is validated automatically and ready to use in development.
Style Guide Setup

Set tone, audience, and format rules so output stays consistent.

  • Configure in the 'Content style guide' panel on the left.
  • Tone — overall voice. Example: 'professional but friendly'.
  • Audience — who reads the output. Example: 'startup founders'.
  • Preferred terms — terms or brand names you want to use. One per line.
  • Format — paragraph length, heading rules, and similar conventions.
  • Avoid — phrases or topics to skip.
  • Settings apply automatically to outline, section generation, edits, and chat.
  • Hold Ctrl and hover over each label to see help text.

AI Execution & Settings

Execution Mode Guide

Choose fast drafts, precise generation, or long-document review by task.

  • Fast drafts — Good for short idea organization and first drafts.
  • Precise generation — Good for structure, section generation, and deep edits.
  • Long-document review — Good for uploaded documents and source material.
  • Korean-first review — Good for Korean business documents and wording checks.
  • Pick a different execution mode per project, or set 'Use account default' for consistency.
Deep Review Mode

Fast / Standard / Deep / Deepest — configure review depth.

  • Controls how much review happens before the response is returned.
  • Fast — Good for simple drafts and short edits.
  • Standard — Recommended for most generation and review work.
  • Deep — Good for complex analysis or precise edits.
  • Deepest — Slower, but useful for long documents and multiple sources.
  • Change it in the canvas execution settings via the 'Deep review mode' dropdown.
  • Available levels can vary by execution mode.
Plans and execution environmentEssential

Use the included Usan execution environment and monthly workspace allowance.

  • Users work inside the Usan plan allowance without registering separate API keys.
  • Review monthly allowance and billing from Builder Settings > Billing.
  • When the allowance is reached, adjust the plan or continue viewing existing outputs until the next billing cycle.
