3x weekly · 8 seats · 50 min
Menopause breathing,a calm 50 min at dawn.
A small studio in Daejeon Seo-gu. Three mornings a week at 6 AM, eight seats. We do not promise outcomes — we breathe together.
How breathingrelates to menopause
We do not promise outcomes. We share what is known.
Menopause often disrupts autonomic balance — sleep, hot flushes, and anxiety arrive together. Breath training is used to activate the parasympathetic system and lower hyper-arousal.
06:00 is when many menopausal sleepers are already awake. Quietly using that time is why class is set at dawn.
This is not a medical practice. Breath training does not solve every symptom. But regular practice does add small, daily calm — I have lived it.
50-minute class flow
Same flow each session. Easy to follow even on day one.
10 MIN · check-in
A look at the body
Sleep · neck and shoulder tension · sore spots — we note them. The day’s intensity follows.
30 MIN · training
One technique today
Diaphragmatic · thoracic · 4-7-8 — one focus per session, repeated slowly.
10 MIN · recovery
Closing release
A closing exhale routine. Warm water if you need.

Same time, same place, same flow. The small regularity of dawn is half the practice.
About the trainer
Felt selfish keeping it to myself, so I started teaching.

Certified breath coach (International Breathing Coach Association). I teach as my full-time work.
I hit menopause at 48. Eyes wide at 5 AM with nothing to do. I started studying breath, and five years later daily life looks different.
It felt selfish to keep it to myself, so I started classes. I do not promise outcomes — but those who come consistently shift, slowly.

— 5/20 SHIFT — MEMBER NOTE —
