___ (designer bio input sample — year 12 in interiors + architecture background, went solo 2022, ___ homes a year, facts-first).
Five years at an architecture office, five at an interior design firm. Drawing the plan wasn’t enough; I went solo because I liked drawing, with the client, how their ___ daily life could ___ change.
___ (closing) Owning one home for 1.5–3 months is ___ . I work with crews that started small and stayed long.
___ A good home isn’t made in one go, I think. Living in it, reworking it, living in it again — passing through that slow ___ process together is my work.
Four core principles — contract, warranty, schedule, cancellation. Full terms are in the footer policy links.
Quote, schedule, materials, defects, living during the build, and more — six in all.
At the office (Hwagok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul) or over video — Zoom, Google Meet, or Kakao. One hour, hearing the home, lifestyle, budget, and timeline. After you apply, available times come back within 1–2 business days.
A detailed quote within 5–7 business days — one document covering the measure, the four material dimensions, design, and overhead. After that the talk is open; you decide when to sign.
A partial remodel (bath or kitchen only) allows partial stay; a full remodel does not — it isn’t livable. Temporary stay costs (hotel, family) sit outside the quote, though we can talk them through.
Yes — combine the four dimensions freely in the picker, or borrow samples for a week after the first consult and decide by hand. You can buy materials yourself too, though those fall outside the build warranty.
One year of free defect cover. Photo and text, a site check within 3 business days, free rework once confirmed. Wear and everyday marks aren’t covered. After a year it’s paid (a visit fee of KRW ___ plus materials and labor).
All 4–5 crews have worked directly with the designer for at least ___ months. Build responsibility sits with the single designer brand — you contract with one person. Crew details are open in the section above.
First consult / formal quote / quick question — 3 tracks, toggled in one form.
