A year-5 solo organizer. 4 years at a culture foundation → went solo in 2024 with 12–16 local-store collabs.
I’ve organized neighborhood events in Mullae for five years. After four years on a culture foundation’s planning team building big events, I went solo in spring 2024 and started Maeuljin. Twice a year, spring and autumn — the people who live here and the owners who work here, playing together for a day or two.
I visited every one of the 12–16 booths in person, talked with the owners, and invited them. The 5–8 programs are built with bands, studios, and educators who’ve been steady in the neighborhood. No big stage. The alley and a small square are enough.
Volunteering opens from D-7. First-timers welcome. Meals, a gift, and a wrap dinner provided.
“No big stage. We gather in a corner of the alley ___ two days of a neighborhood we made together. Unhurried and slow, but precise — every owner, every guest, safe.”
Four core principles — entry, payment, refund, volunteering. Full terms in the footer links.
