01Is the free plan really free, or does it expire?
The Free plan stays free with no time limit. You get 4 workspaces, 3 projects, and trial-sized AI run quotas. Move to Pro at ₩9,500/mo (~$7) or the flexible Usan Flow plan only when you hit the limits — no forced trial countdown.
02Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, cancel in one click from the dashboard. You keep working as usual until the next billing date — auto-renewal stops at that point.
03How does billing work?
Card auto-pay through Toss Payments and INICIS. Tax invoices are available for registered businesses. All billing history is in your dashboard as receipt-ready records.
04Can I bring my own AI API keys?
Yes. Register your own keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Together.ai, OpenRouter, Upstage, CLOVA Studio, or FriendliAI to bypass our monthly generation caps for that provider. Keys are encrypted at rest and deleted on request. Provider terms and billing apply directly to you under BYOK.
05Do I own the sites and data I create?
Yes. The writing, sites, and uploads you produce belong entirely to you. Usan is the tool, and we don't resell your content.
06What happens if I pause mid-work?
Work auto-saves on every input, so stopping mid-flow doesn't lose progress. Sign back in and pick up where you left off.
07How much can I edit the AI output?
Everything — writing, design, images, code. AI output is a starting point; the final result is shaped by you.
08Does it connect with other tools?
Direct upload to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Integrations with GitHub and Korean hosting (Gabia, Cafe24) too. See the footer 'Integrations' column for the full list.
09Can I publish to my own domain?
Yes. Generated sites deploy automatically, and you can attach a custom domain through Gabia, Cloudflare, or Cafe24 static hosting. Usan Flow plans from ₩100,000/mo include 1 standard domain registration for 1 year (premium domains and multi-year are reviewed separately). A GitHub repo is also created automatically.
